Academic and Administrative reforms – Utilization of premises of Primary Schools by Anganwadis where 3rd, 4th, 5th classes were mapped with the nearest High Schools – orders
In continuation to the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, the
Director W&CWD has informed that in some of the schools where the
Anganwadis are proposed to be shifted, the dual desks are not moved and hence
they are not able to use them. All the Regional Joint Director of School
Education and the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to
move the dual desks of classes 3rd, 4th, 5th to those high schools where they are
being mapped and shifted as part of the school reforms. Wherever these dual
desks are surplus, the same may be moved to other schools of phase-I (where
they are in shortage) or to Phase-II schools to be taken up soon.
All DEOs to coordinate with the officers of Women and child welfare
department ( PD DW&CDA) and ensure compliance at the earliest
