The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers and Ex-Ofcio ororect coordinators in the State is invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein the Board of Intermediate Education, A.o., has issued schedule to conduct practical and theory examinations for 1st & 2nd year students in the state on Feb / March, 2024. Further, it is brought to the notice of this ofce that the intermediate students of High School olus are facing inconvenience in attending oractical work due to lack of laboratory facilities in their High School olus.,since the the Government of A.o vide G.O.Ms.No:124 School Education (orog.I) Dept., Dated:07.07.2022 have accorded permission to take up the process for 294 Government High Schools in to High School olus I.e., Junior College is exclusively for girls in every mandal duly advising to ofer only two courses now based on local requirement, instead of three groups (I.e., M.o.C., Bi.o.C & CEC) @ 40 students to each group from academic year 2022-23, with a view to promote the status of girl child in the society as well as incentivize girls Education through various schemes and programs. Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcer and Ex-Ofcio ororect
coordinators in the State are hereby directed to issue instructions to the Headmasters of High School olus where intermediate courses are running to utilize Lab facilities available in the nearby Government runior College/ High Schools/Ao Model schools by the High School olus Intermediate students for oracticals for the year 2024 duly coordinating with concerned district DVEO's / RIO's of Intermediate education.
