The promotions ordered above are purely temporary basis

and the incumbents are liable to be reverted at any point

of time without any notice and assigning reason therefor.

Consequent on promotion to the post of the Joint Director of School

Education/Regional Joint Director of School Education to the above officers,

the following postings are ordered with immediate effect:-

The promotions are subject to outcome of Court Cases, if

any pending before the High Court of A..P. and the Supreme

Court of India.

The Promotee Officers should join the new posts within 15

days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which,

they shall forfeit their right for promotion, as per rules in

force.

Sri B. Lingeswara Reddy, Joint Director of School Education, is posted

as Regional Joint Director of School Education, Guntur, duly relieving

Sri V. Subba Rao;

Sri Y.Raghava Reddy, Joint Director of School Education, is posted as

Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa, duly relieving

Sri M. Venkata Krishna Reddy, from FAC duties; and
