Teacher Education-Budget Releases to DIETs and SCERT - PAB 2021-22 – Release of Budget to the DIETs and SCERT A.P – Instructions
Attention is invited to the reference 2nd cited above, where in the ,
Ministry of Education, department of school education & literacy, New Delhi has
approved the budget for support to 13 DIETs and SCERT, A.P in PAB 2021-22.
Keeping in view of the above all the Principals of DIETs and the Director,
SCERT is hereby informed that the approved budget in AWP&B 2021-2022 for
Annual Grants, Programme activities sanctioned to 13 DIETs for meeting
day to day expenditures, hiring of Resource persons / Experts for Teacher
Training purchase of library books, stationary periodicals, small ofce and library
equipments Ofce expenses etc., .The budget for Programme activities to
the SCERT releasing for conducting a range of activities such as exposure visits,
short term professional courses, etc., and further suggested to provide the
trainings, online classes and other innovative activities this fund will also be
utilised for development of the State Curriculum Frame Works (SCFs), for
conducting activities such as consultations with stakeholders at district level etc.,
and for specifc projects for Research activities in 13 DIETs and SCERT
releasing for conducting the research activities in for identifying the existing gaps
in the present implementation programmes and suggest for innovative
programmes for the improvement of children learning outcomes. The budget for
technological support to SCERT is releasing as recurring grant.
They are informed that in approved AWP&B 2021-2022 for setting up of an
assessment cell at the state level at SCERT is being released.The assessment
cell would be involved in the conduct of various achievement survey, developing
