AP Samagra Shiksha – SIEMAT – Webinar on Child rights for Multi stake holders working for children- as part of celebrations of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav-Instructions

Coordinators of Samagra Shisha in the State are hereby informed that the Govt.of India,

New Delhi has issued instructions regarding the organizing a series of events for

celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahostav from 14th November, 2021 to 21st November,

2021 having the theme as Children: Ideas, Rights and nutrition.

In this connection the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child

Development(NIPCCD) as a nodal institute of M/o Women and Child development is

organizing a webinar on ‘Child rights for Multi stake holders working for children’

on 20th November for three hours from 2pm -5pm where in teachers , CCI

functionaries, members of CWCs and functionaries of DCPU will participate across the

country. The main objective of the Webinar would be to apprise the participants about the

rights of children as enshrined in Indian constitution and UNCRC : discuss the ground

realities in terms of fulflment of rights of children and initiatives of Government of India

in the form of formulating policies ,guidelines, schemes and laws for addressing the

issues concerning rights of the children.

The Govt.of India has instructed to ensure the participation of all teachers of all the

schools of the States in the above said Webinar from 2pm to 5pm on 20.11,2021 by

using the Google Links.The Google link will be communicated to all districts very soon.

Therefore they are requested to issue instructions to all teachers of their respective

Schools for maximum number of participation in Webinar on 20.11.2021 (Saturday) for

three hours i.e.,2.00p.m to 5.00p.m without fail.
