Court cases special drive to be conducted by the DSE - instrictions

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Officers are informed that from time to time it is observed that

the number of Contempt Cases are pending in the Hon'ble High Court for

want of compliance / filing of Counters/ filing of Writ Appeals. There is very

poor response from the field functionaries in attending the Court cases

Contempt Cases which is causing much inconvenience to the Director,

School Education and Principal Secretary to Government, School Education,

Andhra Pradesh.

In the light of the above a Special Drive is initiated to review / filing of

Counters in all the pending Contempt Cases in the first instance.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

District Educational Officers are instructed to furnish the detailed information

in the prescribed proforma appended in these orders and furnish the same

by 3p.m. on 21-01-2021. For this purpose, the Regional Joint Directors of

School Education and District Educational Officers are further instructed to

entrust this item of work to responsible persons and ensure that the

above information shall reach this office within the stipulated time.
