Conducting online classes for Senior Intermediate Students – Certain instructions issued

In view of COVID-19, the undersigned is pleased to accord permission to implement
VIDYAVAHINI Programme by all the District Educational Officers and Principals of
A.P. Model Schools in the State to conduct webinar classes for Senior Intermediate
Students by granting 18 webinar licenses of Samagra Siksha which were procured
for academic purpose for the benefit of the students from 17-08-2020 to 16-09-2020.
2. All the Principals of A.P. Model Schools and the Resource Persons are requested to
install the WebEx App for conducting online classes for senior Intermediate students. The
Principals are directed to issue necessary instructions and guidelines to senior Intermediate
students also to install WebEx App for attending online classes.
3. The District Educational Officers are requested to select one of the Principal in the
District as Programme Co-ordinator to monitor the online classes with the help of two
teachers who have technical knowledge for successful running of online classes. The
Programme Co-ordinator is requested to submit daily report on attendance.


4. The Principals are requested to give necessary direction in respect of students who do
not have smart/android phones to use any alternate number from their friends / relatives /for
utilisation of online classes. 
5. The Schedule with names of teachers subject-wise for each district is herein enclosed
for information and necessary action.
