Attention of all the District Education officers and Addl. Project Co ordintatiors
of Samagara Shiksha in the A.P State are invited to the subject cited wherein in
implementation of the Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Phase I Programme, it is informed
that, the time has come up for dispatch of centralized procurement items such as
Dual Desks to the students, Furniture, Sanitary wears, Fans, Electrical items Drinking
water plants etc., to the Schools based on the indents placed by the Parents
committees.

Therefore all the District Education Officers in the State are here by requested

to identify and depute 03 nos of PETs/PDs, at each District and position them at the
disposal of the Addl. Project Co ordinator, Samagra Shikha of concerned district to
coordinate and to work with APEWIDC until the completion of dispatching the
centralized procurement items.



Further it is informed that, all the DEOS are requested intimate the list of the

deputation of the PETs/PDs along with the contact numbers to this office.

This should be treated as "Most Urgent"
