Student Motivation school programme implementation of activities in 13 districts in all MPUP/High Schools for the girl students of 6th to 8th class
The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio
Project Coordinators & Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha
is invited to the ref 2nd cited an amount of Rs.60,19,000/- (Rupees Sixty
lakhs Nineteen Thousand Only) to the all the DEOs/APCs in the state
towards 6019 MPUP & High Schools @Rs.1000/- per school for one day.
It is further informed that certain guidelines were issued to conduct
the programme and requested to submit compliance in the matter to this
office. But no report was received till now.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project
Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha, AP.,
are instructed to submit the following information on or before 18.05.2020
without fail.
1. Whether the amount released to the concerned HMs to conduct the
programme or not.
2. If so details of the amount released and detailed report on the
programme.
3. If amount is not released, reasons for not releasing the amount.
