Samagra Shiksha in the State.

The attention of the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project

Coordinators / Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the

State are invited to the reference read above, wherein the ALSCOs of

Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed vide reference read above that

NRSTC Vidya volunteers in the district are working on voluntary basis

against admin approval of honorable district Collector & Chairman, Samagra

Shiksha in respective districts. So, in this connection majority of the Vidya

Volunteers are

 working w.e.f August 2019. Finally, they are requested here

please issue the necessary instructions to release the honorarium w.e.f

August 2019 as per attendance & duty certificate issued by concerned

school Head Master & MRO.

In this connection, as per the PAB Minutes and this office has issued

the guidelines for NRSTCs in the State vide reference

Rc.No.3266/APSSA/OSC/A10/2016, dated: .08.2019. The details are as

follows:

1. Inviting applications from eligible volunteers – 29.08.2019

2. Selection of Volunteers – 30.08.20219 to 31.08.2019.

3. Commencement of NRSTC and enrolment of OSC – 03.09.2019

etc..,

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project

Coordinators / Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the

State requested to submit the explanation for appointment of the NRSTC

Volunteers in the month of August'2019 instead of September'2019 and the

reasons for over look the guidelines issued earlier by the State Project

Director, A.P, Amaravati.
