In G.0. 5th read above, Orders have been issued directing the Asst. Secretaries

to Govt. and above rank officers shall attend the office regularly and below the rank of

Asst. Secretary to Govt. shall attend office up to 33% of the total sanctioned strength of

that sections in each Dept.

Accordingly, Certain instructions have been issued in the

reference 6th read above. But Certain Officers & Staf in GAD are not attending the duties

as per Schedules indicated,

Therefore, all the Officers and staff members in all categories including outsourcing

staff are directed to0 attend the office regularly.

3. The officers and Staff members including Class-IV those who are stranded at

Hyderabad and other places are directed to apply for passes in SPANDANA site for

permission to travel if necessary. If they are not in a position to attend to office on their

personal/Medical grounds they shall apply appropriate leaves as per their eligibility,

otherwise they have to produce necessary certificates from the Municipal/ Local

authorities, if they are in Containment area.
