All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the School
Education Dept. is distributing the Dry ration consisting of Rice,Eggs and Chikkis instead of
cooked MDM, as per the daily per child entitlement to about 36 lakhs students studying in
45723 Schools of Govt/local bodies in the state on account of the Closure of Schools till 23rd
April, 2020 to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 Coronovirus and as per the mandate of
orders of the Govt of India, HRD Dept. issued vide the 3rd read above and as per the
PROGs copy
directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the 1st read above . The disbursement of Dry
ration is being done in two phases – Phase I from 19th to 31st March, 2020 and Phase II from
1
st to 23rd April, 2020 based on the orders of the government in 2nd & 4
th read above with
an exclusive instruction to the Village /Ward volunteers, CRPs and Part time Asst.s, to home
deliver the commodities.
