Student Motivation Programme – certain instructions to the DEOs/APCs in the state with regard to the credit the amount to the school accounts
All the Additional Project Coordinators in the state are informed that
,in the ref 1st cited amount was released for conduct student motivation
programme to create awareness regarding Menstrual Hygiene and on
different issues faced by girl child in the society among the girls from class
VI – VIII and instructions were issued to release the amount to the schools to
their PD accounts.
It is further informed that in the ref 2nd cited Additional Project
Coordinator, Guntur has stated that, as per the instructions in the ref 1st
cited that he has released the amount to the schools which has PD accounts
except to the Tribal Welfare, BC Welfare, Municipal, APREIS & KGBVs those
who do not have PD accounts and requested further necessary instructions
on the matter.
As per the factual position explained above by the APC Guntur, it is
observed that the same problem is found in remaining districts also.
Therefore all the District Educational officers /Additional Project
Coordinators in the state are instructed that the CFMS authorities has
declared that they will open PD accounts only after the closure of the
financial year. Hence they are requested to transfer the School grant amount
to SSA DDO account from PD account and then transfer it to School account
to conduct the programme within the stipulated time as the financial year is
coming to end.
