Kind attention is invited to the references cited and wish to inform you that

Government (Finance Department) in the G.Os 2 to 7h cited have accorded

sanction the amounts relating to Transportation & Cost of Food grains for the Mid-

Day Meal Scheme under the Detailed Head/ Sub Detailed Head 210/211 and

230/233 to meet the expenditure towards the Transportation charges and Cost of

Food grains respectively payable to APSCSC Ltd.

And also sanction the amounts relating to Office Expenditure under the Mid-

Day Meal Scheme under the heads 2202-01-112-12-05-130/135 and to meet the

expenditure towards Office Expenditure.

As per sanction from the Finance Department, release orders were released

to District Educational Officers under the Head 2202-01-112-12-05-230/233

for Food grains, the head 2202-01-112-12-05-210/211 towards Transportation

charges and MIS Charges under 2202-01-112-12-05-130/135.

But, sanction orders were returned by the Treasury with remarks "according

to the GO.Ms. No.69, Fin(Budget-1), department dated: 14.08.2019 the Cost of Food

grains should be meet in the head of account 2202-01-112-12-05-230-231 not in

2202-01-112-12-05-230-233, Transportation charges should be meet in 2202-01-

112-12-05-210/218 not 211 and there is no provision to meet expenditure under

130/135"
