In continuation of the reference 2nd read above, all the DEOs in the state are

requested to complete the Transportation of NT books work with the coordination of

concerned District Collector & Magistrate and superintendent of police for smooth

distribution of NT books from District point to Mandal point and complete the same

on or before 4

th April, 2020.

Further they are informed to utilize the available funds for payment to

the APSRTC towards transportation charges after ascertaining the bills of 2020-21

from the concerned authorities and also they are informed that the payment of bills

of 2019-20 to the APSRTC towards transportation charges is under process and it

will be released shortly.
