The Government in the second read above amended Rule 12 and deleted Rule 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools under Private Management) Rules, 1993 and subsequently, the rule 12 was amended in the third read above. In the fourth read above, the Hon’ble High Court has struck down the G.O., second read above as it is violative of fundamental right guaranteed under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India.
