The Assistant Accounts Officer of this office is informed that in the

reference 1st cited the District Educational Officer, Prakasam has surrendered an

amount Rs.6,42,00,382/-(Six Crores Fourty Two Lakhs Three hundred and eighty

two only) and an unspent amount of Rs.1,70,77,220/-(One Crore Seventy Lakhs

Seventy Seven thousand two hundred and twenty Only) is available in Upper

Primary Cooking Cost(Gen) & Primary Cooking Cost (SCP) in State Head

Quarters. This amount is to be distributed to the needydistricts.

Therefore, the Director, MDM& Sanitation i. pleased to redistribute

the said amounts to the needy districts as detailed hereunder to meet the

expenditure towards Cooking Cost. The district wise redistribution is asfollows.

The DDO of this office is requested to redistribute the amount

immediately so as to enable the DEOs to utilise the amount.
