While communicating a copy of the Govt.Memo vide reference 1st cited, all

the Regional Joint Directors of the Schools Education/ all the District Educational

Officers/all the Addl.Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

requested to take further necessary action as ordered by the Government of Andhra

Pradesh regarding to conduct Birthday Celebration of Sri Potti Sriramulu Garu on

16t" March, 2020 in every schools of all managements in the State without fail. Met

the expenditure as ordered by the Government.

Treat this as most urgent and give top priority item of work and submit

compliance report to this office.
