In continuations to this office proceedings 3rd read above, all the District Educational

Officers and Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators and Additional Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that, the Schedule for U-

DISE + 2019-2020 Data entry and Data Consistency checking at district level has

commenced from 28.01.2020.

2. The following Guidelines for financial norms are to be followed for conduct of

Data Entry Programme of U-DISE + 2019-2020 and the details are as follows:

Guidelines and time frame for activities along with financial norms

a. A suitable accommodation shall be identified for data entry work.

b. At least 2 to 4 computers shall be arranged at Mandai level for data entry

work to complete within scheduled time.

c. It shall be ensured that both Data Entry Operator & Mandai MIS Coordinator

has to complete data entry with in stipulated time.

d. At the time of data entry work at Mandai level the concerned school Head

Masterj CRPShould be present.

e. The budget may be utilized for primary/ upper primary / high schools/ higher

secondary/Jr. Colleges from Samagra Shiksha budget under intervention of

MIS-UDISE+ 2019-2020 with an amount of Rs.153.82 lakhs were approved in

the PAB-2019-2020, to meet the expenditure for UDISE + updation.

f. The District MIS & Planning Coordinators, ASOs and APOs and ASOs, APO and

ASO of erstwhile RMSAand DEO Office shall supervise the entire process of

data entry work, carrying out correction etc., until submission of the
