The attention of the District Educational Officer, YSR District Kadapa

is invited to the reference 3rd read above, and he is requested to assign

notional seniority to the applicants on par with their juniors as per Rule-

33 of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, if they are fully qualified and

eligible for promotion as on date of promotion acquired by their Juniors.
