Sanction and Release of Budget to the Districts for Conducting Six days

District Level training programme from 03.02.2020 to 08.02.2020 on IE

activities to all IERTs in the State- Issue of Orders-Reg.

ORDER

All the Ex-officio District Project Coordinators and Additional

Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha, in the State are informed that the

State Project Director, APSS, is pleased to approve @Rs.40.8 lakhs in the

intervention of IE for conducting Six day In-service training programme to

all ERTs in 13 Districts @Rs 500/-per 1ERT per day in the State.

The training programme schedule for the IERTs in 2 batches, with

each batch not exceeding 50% IERTS working in the District (Example: If

100 IERTs are working in the District, 50 IERTs for one batch i.e., one IERT

from one Center at one time (Bhavitha Centres ). The IE Coordinator shall

act as the Course Coordinator for these trainings. The DPOs have to make

necessary logistic arrangements as per the guidelines issued by this office;

the TA to the participants shall be paid from In-service training component

as per APTA rules. The budget allocation for the above said training program

along with criteria for selection of IERTs for the training is given in the

guidelines. The District wise allocation of budget is herewith given below.
