he attention of all District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference read above and they have informed that as part of the Guaranteed Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (GFLN) Programme, It is proposed to development of self-learning supportive digital video content for Mountain and Stream-level students in Telugu, English and Mathematics. As per the action plan, the development of said videos will be completed in 3 spells. In this context Spell–1 One Day Online Mode Workshop is scheduled to be conducted on 17-01-2026 for orientation, pedagogical alignment, workflow finalisation and allocation of content responsibilities. Accordingly, all the District Educational Officers, SCERT, SIET, FLN PMU, DIKSHA officials and other concerned authorities are informed that the nominated teachers, academic experts and officials (as per annexed participant list) shall attend the One Day Online Workshop on 17-01-2026 asper the attached program sheet. Ensure their mandatory participation for the full duration of the programme, and Extend necessary cooperation for timely and effective implementation of the GFLN academic intervention.
The workshop will be conducted in online mode, and participants shall join using the meeting link to be communicated separately by the DIKSHA Wing.
