ఈనాడు, అమరావతి: పంచాయతీరాజ్‌, గ్రామీణాభి
వృద్ది శాఖకు సంబంధించి పని ప్రదేశాల్లో ఉద్యోగినుల పై
వేధింపుల నిరోధానికి అంతర్లత కమిటీని నియమిస్తూ
ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి గోపాలకృష్ణ ద్వివేది ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ
చేశారు. సహచర ఉద్యోగుల నుంచి వేధింపులు ఎదురై
నపుడు కమిటీ దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లొచ్చని సూచించారు

In the circumstances reported in the letter read above, Government hereby

constituted Internal Complaints Committee in the Department with the following

members under the provisions of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace

(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), Act, 2013 in respect of Panchayat Raj and

Rural Development Department:

3.Smt.V.Surya Kumari, - Member

4.Sri Y.Srinivasulu, - Member

5.Sri SK.Subhani, - Member

2. The committee shall accept / hear complaints from the women employees of the

Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department and take appropriate steps for

Redressal of the complaints, as per Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace

(prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

3. The term of the committee shall be three (03) years as stipulated in the Act,

from the date of issue of this order.
