All the Municipal Commissioners in the 59 ULBs wherever Municipal

School exists are aware that less than 2 months time is now available for

preparing for the upcoming 10th class Board Examination 2020.

shared.

In this regard to enable the Municipal Commissioners, review in

a) ULB wise list of schools which secured low pass percentage

during previous year.

b) ULB wise list of schools which need to pick up this year, based on

weekly reports.

some of the Head Masters are not attending and supervising the morning

extra classes. The Head Masters are, therefore, directed to ensure to

attend the morning extra classes and with the' help of faculty/Ward

Education Secretaries, liaison with the parents for ensuring the children

are attending and properly preparing for the 10th Class Board

Examinations.
