Aided Schools-Payment of Maintenance Grant @6% to the Aided Managements –information called for-Regarding.
While enclosing a copy of the reference read above, all the District
Educational Officers in the State are requested to furnish the financial implications
in respect of all aided Schools in the State regarding M.G @6% in the prescribed
proforma appended to these memo.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to
furnish the information in soft and hard copies to this Office within two days to
avoid further legal complications.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are
requested to pursue the matter with the District Educational Officers of their
jurisdiction and see that the information should reach to this Office within two
days without fail.
