Adverting to the reference cited, all the DEO & Ex-officio Project Coordinators,

and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, the SPD,

AP Samagra Shiksha, Amaravati has decided to conduct the review meeting with the all

Academic Coordinators in the State on 28.01.2020 at the SPO, AP Samagra Shiksha,

Vijayawada. The agenda items are given here under

1. To Review the Progress of Rastriya Avishkar Abhiyan (Elementary & Secondary )

Process of utilisation of Grants ,Composite School Grants,CRS & MRC (Elementary &

Secondary ) Sports Grants (Elementary & Secondary) Twinning Of Schools, PINDICS

etc, which are approved by MHRD under PAB for 2019-20

2. Review on conduct of School Complexes

3. To Review the Progress on conduct of Constitution day activities

4. To review the Progress of Ek Bharat & Shrestha Bharat (EBSB)

5. To review the Progress of Fit India Programme

6. To review the 150h Anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi

7. To review the arrangements made to conduct celebrations of Sports day on January

30th 2020

8. Discussion of pariksha pe charcha 2020

9. Review of Monthly Tour Dairies.

10.School Improvement Programme (SIP) of Reddy Labs, ZIE imitative Training8

Progress and other quality intiatives with the partnership of NGOS

11.ALA Review and its implementations ( ALA Co ordinators are requested to bring

the feed back obtained may be brought to the programme.)

12.Any other items with the permission of chair.

2. Therefore, all the DEO & Ex-officio Project Coordinators, and Addl. Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue necessary further

instructions of their AMOs working in your unit to attend the said review meeting along

with all agenda items notes well in advance the said review meeting scheduled on 28.01.2020

at the SPO, AP Samagra Shiksha, Vijayawada.
