ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR
Aarogyasri Health Care Trust in the reference read above and in pursuance of the
Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government after
careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord an administrative sanction to
the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, A.P. Guntur for
an amount of Rs.1,00,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) from the BE
Provision 2019-20 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders as advance under
Government contribution towards clear off the outstanding claims to the Network
Hospitals under Employees Health Scheme.
2. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, A.P.,
Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-HM&FW-
FIN01) Department
