Sub: Directorate of Jawahar Bal Bhavan, A.P. Amaravati, Vijayawada — Release of budget for 1", 2"*,3° and 4” quarters during 2019-20 — orders issued — Reg.
Ref: 1.CBRO FOR THE YEAR 2019-20. 2.Procs Re.No.575/B/2018-19 dt.20.08.2018.
In the above reference cited. Government have released budget for the 1", 2 ,3 and 4” quarters during 2019-20 under 310-311 head towards Grant- in Aid for salaries and under 310-312 head towards Grant- in — Aid for other expenses. The DTA, A.P have authorised the budget released by Government for 1", 2™ ,3 and 4” quarters during 2019-20.
Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring expenditure by Dist. Bal Kendras for the 1", 2” .3” and 4" quarters during 2019-20 towards Grant- in Aid under 310-311 head for salaries as per the amounts shown in the C B R O.
The concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers of respective Bal Kendras in the state are authorised to draw and disburse the amounts towards the salaries of the staff concerned Bal Kendras under 310-311 head and for other expenses under 310-312 head which has been sanctioned on C BRO.
The receipt of the
proceedings may be acknowledged at an early date and send the expenditure statement for the year 2019-20 and send the requirement of budget for 3° and 4” quarter for the above heads.
