In continuation of the instructions vide reference 1st cited above, all the
District Educational Officers & Ex Officio Project Coordinators and Additional
Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that,
instructions were already issued to conduct the Primary School Complex Meetings in
two phase covering 50% of teachers from each school in one phase without the
hindrance to the regular school activities. Accordingly the Primary School
Complexes Meetings were conducted in two spells in the Month of September and
October 2019.As a result the following were observed in the Primary School Complex

Meetings.

Poor attendance noticed in the complex meetings due to attending of 50%

teachers to the complex meeting

Poor attendance happening in the complex meetings due to Single teacher
schools. Teachers working in single teacher schools are being attended the

complex meetings in the afternoon session after serving the Midday Meals in
their schools.
Complex chairmen look after their own school and are unable to spend 3 days
completely in the complex meetings. (total Three days i.e. 2 days Primary & 1
Day Subject Complex)

Associate President, STU Andhra Pradesh wherein he is informed that the Primary
School Complexes were conducting in two phases. 50% of Teachers were attending
in each spell. Further he is stated that, single Teachers were attending one day, the
students were losing the schools two days as the complex meetings were conducting
in two spells and further he is requested to conduct the Primary School Complexes
meeting in one spell instead of two spells as more teachers are also requesting for the
same.
