All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers

and Principals of DIETs in the State are informed to Government of India announced to

celebrate October 31" birth day of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas -

National Unity Day.

In this connection, AIl the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District

Educational Officers and Principals of DIETs in the State are informed to instruct all the

School Headmasters under all Managements to conduct the following activities on 31

October, 2019.

1. A Pledge taking ceremony to mark the occasion (Pledge is enclosed)

2. A "Run for Unity" may be organized to promote the message of national unity.

3. Essay, Debate, Quiz competitions on the theme of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

4. Prabhat Bheri by students and teachers.
