Krishna, Machilipatnam.

All the Deputy Educational Otbcers and Mandal Bducational officers in

the district are hereby informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh

decided to conduct A.P.State Formation Day on 1.11.2019 at the State level at

Vjayawada.

Competitions should be conducted on the following items.

4. Painting, & Drawing, Each event conducted is to carry 1st, 2nd and 3rd

The Mandal Educational officers should Communicate these Proceeding

to all the Head Masters under all Managements in the Mandal. The Deputy

bducational Oricers Concerned should Conduct the Divisional level

ompeutons. venue 1or Divis1onal Level competitions should be decided by

the Deputy Bducational Olicers concerned. The sarne should be

communicated to all the schools under all nanagements under their

Jurisdiction.

All the Deputy Educational Officers should furnish the list of Divisional

Level winner to Deputy Bducational Oicer, Machillatnam through mail

dyeo.mtm@gmail.com duly extending a coPy to the District Educational Officer,

Krishna, Machiliapatnam. They should send Divisional Level the winners to

partucipate in District Level Competition at Hyny High School, Machilipatnam

on 31.10.2019 at 10.00 AM.
