In the circumstances stated by the Chairman, Joint Action Committee of
Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners, Andhra Pradesh in the
representation Cited, GOvernment, after careful examination of the matter
hereby accord permission for treating the absence of the Govt employees, who
participated in the picketing programme before the Collectorates for abolition of
Contributory Pension scheme, on 01.09.2018, as Earned Leave.
All the Heads of Departments District Collectors shall take necessary
