–Mid Day Meal Programme - Administrative Sanction Order for Rs.10,60,54,000

ORDER:

The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., has furnished proposals in

the reference cited, for sanction of an amount of Rs. 10.60 crore (.6.68 crore

Central Share + 3.92 crores State share) towards providing cooked meals to the

children in Draught Affected Mandals during 2018-19.

2. In the reference second read above, the Finance (FMU.School Education)

Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of

Rs.10,60,54,000 /- (Rupees Ten Crores Sixty lakh Fifty four Thousands only)

(CSS6.68 crore + MSS-3.92) in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards

recurring Central Assistance for providing Mid Day Meals to the children in

Drought Affected Areas on the basis of PAB-MDM approval for the year 2018-19.

3. In pursuance of the Budget release Order issued by Finance (FMU.School

Education) Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for

an amount of Rs.10,60,54,000 /- (Rupees Ten Crores Sixty Lakhs Fifty Four

Thousands only) (CSS6.68 crore + MSS-3.92) in relaxation of quarterly

regulation orders towards recurring Central Assistance for providing Mid Day

Meals to the children in Drought Affected Areas on the basis of PAB-MDM

approval for the year 2018-19.

4. The amount sanctioned shall be debited to the head of account mentioned in

the Budget Release Order in the reference 2nd read above.

5. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary

action in the matter accordingly.
