ALA Programme implementation

The attention all the District Educational Officers and the Project Officers of SSA is

invited to the subject cited above that, Ananda Lahari Abhyasana (ALA) programme is

extended to

classes 3 to 5 and is being implemented in 1571 schools in the academic

year 2019-20.

Regarding this, all the DEOs are requested to notice that the following materials are

provided and activities completed towards ALA schools in your districts

1. TLM kit for classes 3 to 5

2. Workbooks for classes 1 to 5 including preparatory milestone workbooks

3. Teaching Learning Infrastructure (TLI) for classes 3 to 5

4. Teacher and Student Tabs for classes 3 to 5

5. TLM, TLI, Tabs for classes 1 to 5 in 224 new ALA schools (100 Chittoor, 121

Bhimili, 3 Guntur)

The following activities have been completed till now.

1. Master Coaches training on ALA 3 to 5 classes pedagogy

2. ALA school teacher trainings

3. Tabs rationalization

4. Release of budget to SSA for buying 2 SIM cards @ Rs. 1000/- per school

5. Release of budget to SSA towards the remuneration for Master Coachers for

their field services

As per the orders in the reference 1 cited above, Master Coaches were completely

relieved in Krishna and Vizianagaram districts and partially relieved in Anantapuram

and Prakasam Districts.

At this juncture, the follow up activities are to be carried forward for effective

implementation of ALA pedagogy in these schools.

I. CLASSROOM TRANSACTION INITIATION (Top priority):

1. To undergo training on classroom transaction and to establish classroom

routines, ALA teachers should be deputed for 2 days i.e 1

teacher on day 1 and

the 2

teacher on day 2 as per the schedule which will start from 11.09.19.

Detailed district wise schedule will be released shortly. Languages will be dealt of
