Ref: U.O. Note No. 1512868/SPF&MC/2026, dated 27.01.2026 of the Special Chief Secretary to Government (Services) of Andhra Pradesh Government.
Through the above reference cited, the Special Chief Secretary to Government (Services) of Andhra Pradesh Government has informed that options were earlier called for from the employees allotted/deemed to be allotted to the State of Andhra Pradesh and willing to go to the State of Telangana on permanent basis.
Since, considerable time has elapsed after submission of the original list, some of the employees may have retired, been promoted, expired, or may no longer be willing to go to Telangana. Hence, the originally submitted list requires Updation before being sent to the Government of Telangana.
In this regard, a facility has been providing all Government Department Secretariat and HOD DDOs login-ins in APCFSS application enabled mandatory data input screen in all, to capture the information of Inter-State Transfers of Employees between Andhra Pradesh & Telangana- Employee Details Update - Permanent Transfers AP to TS (Option Exercised)- Interstate Deputation - Completed Inter-State Permanent Transfer Details. Who had earlier exercised options, including retirement, Promotion, Death, Unwillingness, grounds for transfer, and local status.
No new users will be allowed to be added.
In view of the above, all concerned authorities are requested to furnish the above information by 30.01.2026 without fail for onward transmission of the consolidated and updated data to the Government of Telangana for their consideration and policy decision.
