GSWS Department – Mandatory Biometric Updates (MBUs)- Conduct of Aadhaar Special Camps from 16.12.2025 to 20.12.2025 & from 22.12.2025 to 24.12.2025 at Schools – Requested to issue necessary instructions to DGO, DDOs, MGOs/UGOs and District Education Officer (DEO)
It is informed that, in continuation of the previous Aadhaar Special Camps for the month of November 2025, the GSWS Department has decided to conduct Aadhaar Special Camps from 16.12.2025 to 20.12.2025 & from 22.12.2025 to 24.12.2025 at Schools, specially focus only on pending Mandatory Biometric Updates. Further, as per the UIDAI, UDISE portal report, a total of 16,51,271 students in Andhra Pradesh have been identified as requiring biometric updates in Aadhaar. During the Aadhaar Special Camps
conducted in November 2025, 3,34,599 MBUs were completed, while 13,16,672 MBUs remain pending for completion
