Orders of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, e office number:3284821 ORDER: ***** In the reference 1st & 2nd cited, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced the “Shining Stars Awards” Programme to promote quality and excellence in education, and to felicitate meritorious students who have secured the highest marks in the SSC Public Examinations, March 2026, covering all Managements, both Government and Private. APTF AMARAVATHI APTF AMARAVATHI As per the eligibility criteria prescribed in the G.O. cited, in every Mandal, six (06) awardees (OC-2, BC-2, SC-1, ST-1) shall be selected, and in every District, three (03) meritorious students under the CwSN category shall additionally be selected, based on the merit list prepared by the Directorate of Government Examinations, A.P. Each selected student shall be felicitated with a Medal, an Appreciation Certificate and a Cash Award of Rs.20,000/-. The District Level “Shining Stars Awards – 2026” Programme is scheduled to be conducted on 20-07-2026 (Monday) at all District Headquarters across all 28 Districts of the State, under the chairmanship of the District In-charge Minister and the District Collector concerned. In order to ensure the smooth, systematic and successful conduct of the District Level Programme, all the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby directed to strictly adhere to the Updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) enclosed to these proceedings as Annexure, and to complete all preparatory arrangements within the timelines prescribed therein. All the District Educational Officers shall
personally monitor the arrangements, coordinate with the District Collector and other line departments, and submit a compliance report to this Office not later than 18-07-2026 (Saturday).
