R: In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, AP, Mangalagiri in the reference 12th read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby ratify the action of Director of School Education, A.P., Mangalagiri for (i) allotment of a second section in High Schools if the enrolment reaches 50 students and above instead of 54 in class. Thereafter, an additional section will be sanctioned for the increase of every 40 students in each class (i.e., at enrolment levels of 90, 130, 170, etc.); (ii) allotment of a second Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) post when enrolment reaches 21 students in Foundational Schools, instead of the existing norm of 31; (iii) sanction of an additional SGT post in Model Primary Schools at 121
enrolment, subject to the availability of surplus SGTs within the district. (PTO)
