School Education-SGF AP Spare the services for certain School Assistant Physical Education Teachers as Coaches and Managers to participate in the 68th National School Games Representing Andhra Pradesh Boys & Girls Teams Instructions
Therefore, the District Educational Officers, Ananthapur, Chittoor and the District Intermediate Educational Officer, N.T,R, Krishna districts and also District Sports Authority, East Godavari and Tirupati districts are instructed to relieve the above-mentioned Coaches and Managers with the players one day before the Reporting Date with instructions to collect the Eligibility forms from the State Secretary, School Games Federation and to attend the above-said program. The Day to day report should be update to the State Secretary, SGF AP without fail. The period with journey date should be treated as on duty.
Important Note:
1. The coaches and managers shall ensure that players travel together, taking responsibility for their safety and security until they reach their respective hometowns.
2. They should always coordinate with the corresponding Head of Delegation (HOD) and update their status.
