Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby informed that that there are 352 KGBVs are functioning in residential mode across the state and 13207 students are studying in 10th class, 11495 students are studying in 1st year Intermediate and 8473 students are studying in 2nd year Intermediate. Totally 33175 students are going to appear the public examinations in the month of March 2025. Keeping in view of the up coming board exams it is decided to implement the PANCHTANTRA 100 days action plan in the academic year 2024-25 to provide individual guidance to all students and also to focus on slow learners and average students and intensive coaching to the meritorious students. In this regard, it is decided to conduct of 3 days workshops from 22.10.2024 to 24.10.2024 for the preparation of blue print for PANCHATANTRA 100 days program and development of model question papers, weekly tests and grand tests. Therefore, All the District Educational Ofcers & Ex-ofcio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby directed to relieve the subject experts which are embedded in the Annexure and make ensure to attend them along with their relevant text books and study materials for 3 days workshops which will be conducted in MUVVA CHINA BAPIREDDY MEMORIAL TRUST, Pedaparimi, Thullur mandal Guntur District at 9 AM from 22.10.2024 to 24.10.2024 without fail.
