ROLE :  Chief Executive of the District Association.  Chairman of the District Executive Committee and District Planning Committee.  Coordinator of Scout and Guide Wings in the District. RESPONSIBLE TO :  State Chief Commissioner.  President of the District Association.  District Council and District Executive Committee. RESPONSIBLE FOR :  Recommending for appointment of District Commissioners (S&G) to the State Chief Commissioner through the respective State Commissioner.  Recommending to the District Executive Committee for the appointment of District Secretary.  Implementing and organising the work of District Association in achieving National Targets and State Priorities.  Helping in administering the finance and properties of the District Association.  Coordinating the Scout/Guide wings in case of joint activities.  Due and effective functioning of District headquarters and office.  Periodical meeting with District officials to review training, programmes and administrative aspect of the District.  Development of Camping Centres in the District.  Offering necessary material and moral support to his/her team.
