సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ సబార్డినేట్ సర్వీసు నిబంధనల్లో సవరణ
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం గ్రామ సచివాలయాల్లో సంక్షేమ- విద్య అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టులను మంజూరు చేసింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో 1996లో జారీ చేసిన జీవో ఎంఎస్ నంబర్ 189లో ఇచ్చిన సర్వీస్ నిబంధనలకు అవసరమైన సవరణలు జారీ చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. రాజ్యాంగంలోని 309 ఆర్టికల్ ద్వారా ఇచ్చిన అధికారాలను అమలు చేయడంలో, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ గవర్నర్ ద్వారా ఏపీ సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ సబార్డినేట్ సర్వీస్ నిబంధనలకు సవరణలు చేస్తారు
గ్రామ సచివాలయాల్లో సంక్షేమ - విద్య అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టుకు యూనివర్సిటీ గ్రాంట్స్ కమిషన్ గుర్తింపు పొందిన ఏదైన సంస్థ, విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుంచి డిగ్రీ కలిగి ఉండాలని ఆదేశాల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above, orders were issued for creating the post of
Welfare and Education Assistant posts in the Village Secretariats of Government
of Andhra Pradesh.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Social Welfare, A.P., has
requested the Government to issue necessary amendments to the Social Welfare
Subordinate Services rules, 1996 issued in G.O.Ms.No.189, Social Welfare (A2)
Department, dt:31-12-1997.
3. Government have examined the proposal in detail and decided to amend the
A.P. Social Welfare Subordinate Service rules. Accordingly, the following
notification will be published in the Extra- ordinary issued of the Andhra Pradesh
Gazette, Dated: 25-10-2019.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of
Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the A.P. Social Welfare
Subordinate Services rules, 1996, issued in G.O.Ms.No.189, Social Welfare (A2)
Department, dt:31-12-1997 and as subsequently amended from time to time.
