School Education Department - SSC Exams - Request to conduct District Level Coordination meetings as per the action plan and involve all the key stakeholders and line departments

This is to inform you that the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Public

Examinations, March 2024 for the Class-X students are scheduled to be

conducted from 18-03-2024 to 30-03-2024 across the state.

In this regard, an action plan for the conduct of examinations is already

communicated to the respective District Educational Officers. The SSC Public

Examinations are considered pivotal and represent a critical juncture in the

academic trajectory of our students, shaping their educational pursuits and future

endeavors.

Thus, it is imperative that we create an environment conducive to fair and

stress-free examinations for all students. To achieve this objective, I urge you to

conducted a coordination meeting at the district level and monitor the progress of

the arrangements. The District Level Coordination Meetings will be convened by

the District Educational Officer concerned under the chairmanship of District

Collectors and involve all the key stakeholders and line departments such as

Revenue, Police, Treasury, Electricity Department, APSRTC (PTD), Postal

Department, and relevant govemment officials within your jurisdiction.

Further, in the light of past experiences, the Government has emphasized

on constituting the best possible Examination Centres and Spot Valuation

Centres, to ensure smooth and hassle-free conduct of examinations and comfort

to the students and staff involved in the process. In this regard, it is requested to

consider the following aspects:

1. Ensuring that the constituted examination centers are well-equipped,

comfortable, and located in accessible areas.
