Entrusting of certain duties to Joint Director, Regional Joint Director, Deputy

Director, District Intermediate Education Officers and the Principals of

Government Junior Colleges in the State - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:

The Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Tadepalli,

Guntur District after careful examination of the powers vested with Officers at

various levels in Intermediate Education, hereby delegates powers in the

following subjects to Joint Director in Office of Commissioner of Intermediate

Education, Andhra Pradesh, Tadepalli, Guntur District, Regional Joint Director of

Intermediate Education, Rajamahendravaram, Guntur and Kadapa, Deputy

Director, District Intermediate Education Officers and Principals of Government

Junior Colleges in the State with immediate effect as follows:

(a) Government Junior Colleges:

1. Sanction of Regular Leave i.e., Earned Leave, Half Pay Leave, Commuted

Leave on Medical Certificate (up to 90 days) for Principals working in

Government Junior Colleges in their respective Zone.

2. Sanction of Extra-Ordinary Leave (EOL) (up to 30 days) to the Principals

working in Government Junior Colleges.

3. Sanction of Regular Leave i.e., Earned Leave, Half Pay Leave, Commuted

Leave on Medical Certificate (up to 180 days) for Junior Lecturers, Physical

Directors, Librarians and Office Staff up to the cadre of Superintendent

working in Government Junior Colleges in their respective Zone.

4. Sanction of Automatic Advancement Scheme (AAS) of 06/12/18/24 years to

the Principals working in Government Junior Colleges in their respective

Zones.

5. Regularization of Services, Preparation of Seniority list up to the cadre of

Superintendents working in Government Junior Colleges in their respective

Zones.

6. Retirement benefits to Junior Lecturers, Physical Directors, Librarians,

Deputy DIEOS/ AOs and Office Staff up to the cadre of Superintendents

working in their respective Zones.

7. The RJDIES are authorized to accord the permission up to Rs.2,00,000/- per

annum per college for utilization of Special Fee Accumulation if any, by the

Principals of Government Junior Colleges.

8. The RJDS authorized to accord OD Permission to the DIEOs/ Principals,

Junior Lecturers, Physical Directors, Librarians, Dy. DIEOs/ AOs and Office

Staff up to the cadre of Superintendents in RJD Office/ DIEO Offices up to
