SGFAP - Instructions to District Educational Ofcers and District Vocational Educational Ofcers in the state regarding U19 National Games, for necessary arrangements for the event and responsibilities of the district secretaries
The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers and District Vocational Educational Ofcers in the state is invited to the references cited above and they are informed that the U-19 National Games will be held from May 25, 2023, to June 5, 2023, the district secretaries are advised to have the necessary sports kit such as a tracksuit, t-shirt, shorts, shoes, and TA (to and fro) to the players from state headquarters to the national event venue and equipment for the games. Further, it is instructed that the district School Games Secretary collects all necessary documentation including eligibility forms, marks lists, study certifcates, Aadhar cards and medical ftness certifcates countersigned by the state SGF secretary. They are also responsible for ensuring that the online registration of all eligible
players and coach managers should be correct. Further, the district secretaries have been instructed to submit relevant bills authorized by the DEO/DVEO of the concerned districts after the completion of the tournament. They should also ensure that every girl's team is accompanied by a female physical education teacher as Coach / manager, they should oversee the fulfllment of these requirements
