Promotion option form
___________(SUBJECT)_______(MEDIUM) during the counseling held on ______________ without exercising the option of school as per the instructions of the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amravathi in Memo.No. ESE02-14028/1/2022-E-VI-2 , dt: 16/05/2023 on adhoc basis subject to following conditions: 1. The Promotion now exercised subject to outcome of all cases pending before the courts of law including the Apex Court and subject to any higher authority suo-mottu or pursuant to appeal, if any, on any aspect in future. 2. I will take the seniority in the promotion post in the left-over
vacancies through web counseling after completion of the General Transfers. 3. I will be taken the seniority in the promotion post and candidature as and when I have joined in promotion post. 4. I have no objection to exhibit / display my present working school in the general transfer counseling 5. If I will be given my un-willing / relinquishment in promotion post after allotment of the school through web counseling and my working place filled in General Transfer counseling, the authority to post me at any leftover vacancies after completion of the general transfer counseling. I declare that I shall abide to the conditions / guidelines of the department issued from time to time and I have no objection and agree to shift me to any place as per eligibility and seniority and I agree to revert back to my previous post as per the orders of the authorities
