2. Work orders issued to the suppliers of a Pair of Shoes and Two

pairs of Socks.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators /

all the Additional Project Coordinators /all the Mandal Educational Officers in

the state are hereby informed that work orders were issued for procurement

and supply of a pair of Shoes and two pairs of socks for each t students

studying class I to X in Government/ZPP/MPP/Municipal/Residential

Schools/Ashram Schools/Aided School/Model Schools of Education and

Welfare Department etc., in Andhra Pradesh for the Academic Year 2023-24

under "Jagananna Vidya Kanuka".

The suppliers were instructed to manufacture shoes as per the foot

measurement uploaded by the Head Masters concerned in JVK app duly

increasing the inner size HALF Inch i.e., 1.270 cms and supply to the

Mandal.

In this connection the requirement in fit size in cms (half inch

increased size) of shoes District wise / Mandal wise is here with

communicated to AlI DEOSs/MEOs for favor of necessary action for

preparation of JVK School Kit and to avoid the scope for mismatch of shoes.

Hence, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project

Coordinators and all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State are

requested to share to the mandals to avoid the scope for mismatch of shoe
