In continuation of this ofce procs., 3rd read above, all the District Educational Ofcers and the Principals of A.P Model Schools in the state are hereby informed that the Commissioner of School Education, A.P is pleased to terminate the services of following outsourcing/ contracted staf working in the AP Model Schools by giving break of service 02 days I.e.,01.05.2023 & 02.05.2023 (After completion of examinations if any) and re-engage them into the services for the Academic Year 2023-24. • Physical Director (Contracted Post) • Computer Teacher (Contracted Post) • Junior Assistant (Outsourcing Post) • Ofce Subordinate (Outsourcing Post) • Nigh Watchman (Outsourcing Post) Further, all the District Educational Ofcers and all the Principals of A.P Model Schools in the state are hereby directed to utilize the services of the Physical Director and computer teachers for creating awareness on admission tests in A.P Model Schools, activities on we love reading, encourage physical activities such as sports, dance, yoga during summer camp. Further, the services of Night Watchmen cum sweeper and Ofce Subordinate cum Sweeper are hereby utilize to watch/Protect the expensive material such as furniture and other material provided under diferent components in Mana radi Nadu Nedu, Library, ATL, Virtual Classrooms and laboratories etc., throughout 24 hours (day & night) and to maintain the School ruilding in hygienic condition. Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers and all the Principals of A.P Model Schools in the state are directed to follow the above instructions and their services shall be continued for the end of the academic year 2023-24 only. Further, they are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the Government and also the guidelines issued by this ofce scrupulously without any
deviations while re-engaging the services of employees on an Outsourcing and Contract
