The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and Educational Ofcers in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein they have been requested to see that all the Aided Schools visited by the three men committee and take necessary action as per rules and furnish the action taken report to this ofce in the prescribed format. But in spite of clear instructions, certain District Educational Ofcers are submitting the reports of the three men committee to this ofce for further instructions. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are once again requested to obtain the action taken reports from the
concerned District Educational Ofcers on the visit reports of the three men committee and submit to this ofce in the format already communicated on before 26.09.2022 without fail
