School Education- APSCPCR- Management information system (MIS) Portal- Uploading- Regularly- Nomination of new Nodal ofcers in the State and districts- Orders

All the District Educational ofcers in the State are informed that the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) is an Indian statutory body established by an Act of Parliament, the Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005. The Commission works under the aegis of Ministry of Women and Child Development, GoI.        The NCPCR is a body that works towards achieving a child rights-centric approach in all the laws, programmes, policies and administrative mechanisms in India. It functions under the Ministry of Women & Child Development of the central government. It strives to ensure that all laws and policies in the country are in consonance with the rights of children as emphasized by the Indian Constitution as well as with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. A child is defned as any person between the ages of 0 and 18 years. The Commission acknowledges the universality and inviolability of child rights. It focuses on children that form a part of the most





 vulnerable sections of society.         In this connection, the NCPCR is maintaining an MIS Portal for uploading the latest data from time to time.  The nodal ofcers who are appointed  in concerned states and districts need to update the data in the MIS Portal as per the guidelines issued by the NCPCR AND APSCPCR.         Accordingly  the following nodal ofcers are appointed for the said purpose and are responsible for proper data updating in the MIS portal of NCPCR.
